• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept international orders.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will take 3-7 days processing. Some may take longer, depending on when your payment source approves your payment. Love My Mane doesn't receive your order until payment is approved. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped.
  If an order is returned by carrier due to incorrect address given by customer, customer will be responsible for reshipping costs, or rrefun will be given minus shipping charge.

• Does your products contain any sulfates or parabens?

  No sulfates or parabens in any of our products.

• Is there shea butter in your products?

  Several of our products are shea butter based.

• I am allergic to nuts, can I use shea butter or almond oil?

  Some people who are allergic to nuts do have a reaction to nut oils. Please consult with your physician as to whether you should use our products. Most of our products contain some form of shea butter.

• My product melted and only partially fills the container. What should I do, toss it?

  A couple of our products are heat sensitive,& will be indicated in the item description when ordering. If the item melts, it is still good to use. Some of our items are mixed/whipped and if it melts, it loses volume. You can use item as is, or if you wish to re whip it with a mixer, you can. If the item arrives iquid, it will solidify as it cools (cool room or fridge). As indicated in item description, please do not order if your area, or package transit area to you is hot, or it will melt and not be replaced/refunded. Not responsible for damaged or melted items.
